Youth Exchange POLAND

We are organizing our next international program for Poli students.

We need 8 students between ages 16 and 19. The trip will take place July 11 to July 19. We will be staying near Warsaw, in the town of Lesznowola. There will be a weekend preparatory meeting in Poland for the leader and one student.

There will be other *teams* from Germany, France, Romania and Poland.

The working language will be English.

Here is an excerpt of the program:

Each group = 8 young people (mixed groups, preferably between 16 and 19 years old) + 1 leader; to sum up, there will be 45 participants from 5 countries;

main purpose: integration of young people from different countries and environments; mutual understanding, discovery of the similarities/cultural diversity, as well as building links and encouraging the cooperation between young citizens of Europe;

each day of the project goes around a different form of dialogue: informal dialogue, historical and environmental dialogue, European dialogue, cultural dialogue, global dialogue, athletic dialogue and creative dialogue; each national group will be responsible for organization and preparation of the activities for one day…

All current Poli students in the age group can apply.

Application dead line is May 25. Please write a few sentences about yourself and why we should choose you in this program. Decisions will be made based on your writing and the opinions of your class teachers. Send your compositions to robi@poli.hu

Cost: approx 90 Euros (60 Euros will be reimbursed – yes, you get back 60 Euros)
