Wednesday, Apr 3:

–         Arrival of the delegations

–         14.30: meeting at Poli (the students and their hosts meet)

–         In the evening informal meeting of the teachers (Trófea restaurant)

o       Meeting at 19.15 in the hotel

(Students stay with their host families)

Thursday, Apr 4:

–         8.30: Meeting at the school

–         8.40-9.15

o       Meeting in the assembly hall of the Poli (A25)

o       Welcome by the headmaster of Poli, Mrs Diósi

o       Welcome by the designed coordinator of the project, Mr. Booltink

o       Welcome by the hosting team (students and teachers)

–         9.15-10.25: Guided tour of the school

–         10.25-11.00: coffee break

–         11.00-12.30: 1. workshop (last questions about the theoratical part)

–         12.30-13.30: lunch break

–         13.30-15.00: 2. workshop (first discussion about the survey with the partner school)

–         15.00-15.30: coffee break

–         15.30-17.00: 3. workshop

–         17.00-19.00: free time / cooking some traditional Hungarian food for dinner (at school)

–         18.30: dinner at the school for everyone

–         19.45: concerts at the school

Friday, Apr 5:

–         8.30-8.45: Arrival at the school

–         8.45-10.15: 4. workshop

–         10.15-11.00: coffee break

–         11.00-12.30: 5. workshop

–         12.30-13.30: lunch

–         14.00-15.00: Welcome by the mayor of the 9th district in Budapest

–         15.00-16.30: treasure hunt in Pest

–         16.30: meeting at the school

–         17.00: The winner is…

–         Official dinner for the teachers with Klezmer concert at the Spinoza Restaurant

o       Meeting at 18.00 in the hotel

Saturday, Apr 6:

–         10.30: Meeting at the Vigadó

–         11.00-12.30: boat trip on the Danube

–         12.30-13.30: lunch: (not organised by the school)

–         15.00-17.00: Guided tour in the Castle

–         17.30- : free time in Budapest

–         21.00-: informal meeting of the teachers

o       meeting at 20.15 in the hotel
