Yet again, it’s Tuesday, time to cook.

Check it out! The crew ranged from seventh grade to tenth grade! Talk about a nice spread!

Ethiopian cuisine is the most exotic, interesting and intriguing thing in the culinary world, period!

The kids made doro wat and lentils and a sweet potato spread.To speed the process up injeera were made in advance!

Cannot wait to hang out in the kitchen with these kids in a couple weeks… non formal education, peer-to-peer learning at its best. I feel the foundations of an Erasmus+ project coming on….. Let’s see what the kids come up with.
