Typical Tuesday Tries Mexican

The same old kids, the same old time, and it was totally awesome. They had mentioend earlier that they like tortillas but had never had homemade ones… so what’s a guy to do in such a case? That’s right, make Mexican food.

 

Sure, it would have been better if more kids had come but this was an exceptionally busy day at school so we made due with what we had and whipped up some chicken fajitas (sort of, kind of, almost), bean burritos, homemade salsa.

Great times to be had. Cannot wait to cook with they characters in two weeks time.
