Erasmus+ Youth Exchange DBUD in Saariselkä, Finland & Szigetköz

What:

We will build a boat in Szigetköz but first, cross-country skis in Saariselkä, Finland. So.we will go all the way up to northern Finland – 1000 km from Helsinki!. It will be a 9 day adventure of a life time with partners from Finland, Turkey and Poland. Then, in June, they will all come to Hungary and we will stay in Szigetköz, build boats, paddles, etc.

What else will we do, well, we will cross-country ski, sleep outside one night in laavu, try saunas (hopefully). This will be a hands-on, active  youth exchange.

 

Here in Hungary, we will sleep in tents or wooden houses, swim, paddle, jump from rope swings etc.

 

 

At the end of each project, after you have designed, built and used the equipment, we will donate it to local causes.
