Future Entrepreneurs
Erasmus+ and Future Entrepreneurs = Wicked Times!
Imagine having young people from Spain, Finland, Bulgaria, Hungary, Latvia and Estonia working together on how to be entrepreneurs for over a week. Several of the participants have experience in setting up their own student businesses while others had experience with pitching, or public speaking, etc. This resulted in ample cases of peer-to-peer teaching. The workshops were set up in a creative and informative way by InterEST. A good mix of workshops lead by participants who prepared well in advance and came up with exciting ways to keep their peers working/learning and at the same time having fun. There were also sessions run by experts in their field, like the pitching to actual entrepreneurs that were run by persons in the field of entrepreneurship that also understood how to communicate in a positive, constructive way with the youngsters. This resulted in a well balanced, useful program of workshops!
You, Erasmus+ and Estonia means good times
The aim of the project is to inspire young people to take initiative, develop entrepreneurial thinking, and better understand the challenges and opportunities of future entrepreneurship. Participants will engage in practical workshops, team challenges, and simulation games that foster key entrepreneurial skills such as creativity, problem-solving, communication, and leadership. The exchange also promotes the development of the 8 key competences for lifelong learning and highlights non-formal education as a valuable method for youth empowerment.
