Unfortunately the weather wasn’t that good so we had to keep all theese programs in the swimming pool, But because of this it was even fun. We were living with people with disability and I can not say how much we’ve learnt from them. It was very hard ( sometimes shocking and suprising as well) at the begining but then we figured out how to communicate with them and they were so fantastic! The portugal team had a few EVS volunteers from all over the world and they we so nice as well, we made a lot of friends.
During the week they gave us a lot of freetime which was very important. Food was a funny question (afterwards) cause except one or two times we always got fish which we were not used to. We hiked a lot so we say a lot of beautiful places, and happily we also had the chance to visit Lisbon. Each day we started the day with a few little energizers, and some nights we had cultural nights or parties.
I really enjoyed our time there, it gave me a lot. I can only say that I am very gratful for the oppurtunity.
