Nachos for Dinner!

Wednesday means Interantional Cuisine: Cooking in English time.

We had a small, but dedicated group show up. They whipped up a mean salsa and their refried beans were amazing.

They were all rather surprsied by the ingredients to make nachos and even more surprised at how easy it really is!

We all spoke English the entire time. Honestly, it was really fun and nothing beats non-formal methods of teaching!

Cannot wait to gte back in the kitchen with them!
